3. Placing an Order

• All products available for purchase are shown on our website.

• Orders are for personal use only.

• We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland (excluding PO Box addresses).

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale or commercial use.

When you click “Submit Order” at checkout, you’re making an offer to buy the products.
Your order is officially accepted once we email you to confirm it has been dispatched.

4. Prices & Product Information

• Prices are shown clearly on the website and include any applicable taxes.

• We do our best to make sure all descriptions, prices, and images are accurate.

• Occasionally, colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may vary.

• If a price is clearly incorrect due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Prices may change, but this won’t affect orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched.

5. When We Can’t Accept an Order

Sometimes we may need to cancel or refuse an order, for example if:

• a product is out of stock or discontinued;

• payment can’t be authorised;

• the delivery address isn’t supported; or

• there’s been a pricing or listing error.

7. Bulk Orders

We sell our products to genuine customers only.

To prevent resale through unauthorised channels, we may limit:

• the number of identical products per order;

8. Changing Your Mind Your right to cancel

• You can cancel your order within 28 days of receiving it.

• If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return products within 45 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Important hygiene note

For health and hygiene reasons, some products (such as cosmetics that have been opened or used) can’t be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

If your order included free promotional items, these must also be returned.

9. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

• we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.
